Gable/Spandrel Panels

These are pre-fabricated, timber-framed units – typically triangular in shape to follow the profile of the trusses. Designed to form gable ends or party walls above the ceiling line. They replace the need for traditional blockwork gables and party walls and integrate seamlessly with truss systems as they are installed at the same time, making them a faster, safer, and more efficient choice for modern construction.

Gable panels designed for Gable walls , are made up of a timber frame then covered with 9mm OSB, finished off with a breathable moister barrier.

Spandrel panels designed for party walls , also have a timber frame profile but are covered with a 15mm fire resistant cement board both sides. Fully compliant with UK fire, acoustic, thermal and structural regulations, ensuring both performance and peace of mind.

Both come with lifting slings attached for easy lifting on site.

Gable / spandrel panels offer a faster alternative to traditional blockwork, helping projects progress more efficiently while reducing on-site complexity and the need for extensive, expensive scaffolding. By minimising high-level blockwork and the time spent working at height, they also enhance overall site safety.
