Lincframe Roof Trusses Ltd are a family-owned company that has been a trusted name in timber engineering for over four decades, combining craftsmanship, innovation and personalised service to support builders, architects and developers across Lincolnshire and beyond.
Our story began in March 1985, when Andrew Holmes established a timber merchant business rooted in quality, reliability and strong customer relationships. As the industry evolved and demand grew, we expanded our focus- and in April 1987, the business became Lincframe, specialising in the design and manufacture of roof trusses.
Over the years, our product range and expertise have continued to develop. Since 2008, we’ve been designing and manufacturing precision-engineered metal web joists, recognised for their strength, open web design and flexibility- ideal for modern floor systems that accommodate services with ease. We also supply feature trusses, bespoke architectural components crafted for visual impact, and glulam beams engineered for a wide range of structural applications.
At every stage, our products are backed by an expert design service. Using specialist industry software and fully calculated layouts, we deliver tailored roof and floor solutions with detailed drawings and structural support.
We proudly operated from The Old Wood in Skellingthorpe from our inception until 2025. That year marked a major milestone when we moved into our new bespoke premises in Saxilby- a purpose-built facility designed to support our growth, improve workflow efficiencies, and better serve our customers with fast lead times and reliable delivery.

Quotation
To receive a quote, give us a call with your requirements or email any plans to us, and we will call you with a quote or email your quote back to you. We may call you to discuss any design condition we need your input on.

Placing Your Order
After you receive your quote and you wish to order, call us to discuss your timescales and provisionally book in a delivery date.

Final Confirmation
Close to manufacture we will run through the design again and ask you for dimension confirmation. We can also come to site to check dimensions if required. We will also confirm the delivery date and take full payment at this point.

Manufacture
We will manufacture your products and deliver to site, assuring you of our best attention and we will provide any after sales help you may need.
